PRA Management

  • Payer partnership program development

  • Dossier preparation and submission
  • Clinical HO data, budget impact and PE Model analysis
  • Develop PRA (pricing, Reimbursement & Access) strategy
  • Cross-functional coordination, cooperation and communication
  • Center and expert of NHIA reimbursement policyOverall Asset Leadership for a Therapeutic Area
  • Effective leadership of cross functional New Product Planning Therapeutic Area(NPP TA) teams
  • Deliver the annual Strategic Plan to the Taiwan leadership team for the therapeutic area
  • Make recommendations on the optimal strategy for launch of an asset / indications
  • Aligning with and / or influencing IBU region to adopt proposed strategy
  • Manage allocated budgets effectively and flexibly to deliver on prioritized Affiliate needs
  • Implement prioritized projects with excellence
  • Effectively transition new products to PRA and Marketing commercial team.External Customer Management
  • Deep understanding of country pharmaceutical and economic environment, and HTA process
  • Participation in trade associations as appropriate (based on level of association)
  • Involvement in political landscape / appropriate participation in policy initiatives
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers for market access(reimbursement and pricing). Understand Global Brand Payer Strategies for prioritized products for respective business unit and incorporate into local strategy / deliverables;
  • provide local payer insights back into the product / Payer strategies through involvement in cross-functional brand teams and the brand planning process

    Basic Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Medical related fields, Master degree in related field is a plus
  • Experience in CDE HTA is a plus
  • Good knowledge of BNHI reimbursement policy and HTA
