Be responsible for recruiting, and take charge of the whole process : staff requisition, candidates sourcing, interview and offer negotiation.
Have the good sense in talents maintaining, recruiting channel maintaning and developing like Website, Campus, Head Hunter and Job Fairs;
Be responsible for attendance management for all staff in & out of Taipei office. Be in charge of the operation and implementation of C&B such as timely calculate accurate monthly payroll and benefits applications, and complete the transaction of the social insurance;
Combined with the development needs of business, collect the training needs, planning and design of training programs, effective implementation, improve team efficiency of competency;
Be responsible for employee on board, exit, probation, promotion, transfer process. Be involved in the daily employee relationship and communication;
Execute annual performance review to design and deploy talent development program;
Conduct HC budget and forecast report accurately according to business needs. Prepare and maintain HR monthly report accurately and timely;
Report to Sr. HR Manager, support on global HR project implementation, assist on other HR tasks.
Bachelor degree or above, major in HR / Finance / Admin is preferred;
C&B experience is a MUST; Recruiting, training experience in MNC is preferred;
Familiar with local Labor Law;
Excellent MS Office skill;
Fluent English speaking and writing ability;
Good communication skill;
Outstanding organizational ability;
Proactive and high sense of responsibility;
