  • Arrange General Service and coordinate with Branch ADM
  • Control Furniture and fitting and physical count
  • Coordinate for the visitor / new comers matters including Crisil
  • Review and maintain the ADM related policy and Policy in PACT managing
  • Responsible for implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedure in day to day ADM activities
  • Responsible for reporting all incidents according to the Incident Management system
  • Centralize and custody the related agreements, including IT maintenance, market data. Be as SLA, ARIBA and LOMC
  • coordinator for the Company as well
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly expense claim and other related tasks
  • Be as the BCP project in charge person for BCP documentation
  • Be as the OPC coordinator to perform related testing, follow up the orange and red items and report it on a monthly basis to management.
  • Be as Forecast / HI coordinator as well.

  • First Aid CPR & labor safety Licensed person
  • Carry out special assignment from the COO
  • Direct contribution to BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework
  • Prioritize time / clients according to current strategic criteria
  • Listen to the client and collect his / her feedback
  • Share relevant information with clients
  • Be a solution provider
