nLeadership and management of north rookie coach.

nWorking with TM managers to operate to operate a continuum trainingto improve TM sub- leaders+’scompetencies and efficiencies is not isolated to training plan.

nDelivering these blended solutions and training sessionsto TM managers ,Rookie coach, and TRs

nProviding support to sales channels’events and activities

nMotivate staff to meet and exceedperformance objectives through personal coaching, counseling, training and othermotivational activities.

nEnsure that TM sales leaders are ableto meet annual training hours requirements as mandated by the LIA and insuranceauthority.

nKeep up-to-date on regulatory changesand requirements on telemarketing scripts, sales processes and compliancerequirements.

nManagement of risks toensure compliance, particularly in training requirementsand related test and lean project.

Effectivecollaboration with key internal business partners such as Telemarketing, AOSS, Finance, FulfillmentOperations, CVP, CVM, Legal & ComplianceDepartments, Partnerships and Business Development.


Experience / KnowledgeRequirements :

nStrong experience in training and development,particularly in insurance sales and management.

nPeople development and program design and deliveryof training solutions.

nStrong background and understandingof the life insurance business and operating environment, including regulatoryrequirements

nAbility to succeed in a highly matrix environmentwith competing priorities.

nAbility to work independently, self-motivated, prioritizeeffectively, and multitask.

nDemonstrated analytical and conceptual skills;strong decision making & financial skills, ability to develop and executestrategies.

nResults driven and ability toestablish credibility with varied audiences.

nBudget management experience.

Education and Other Requirements :

nBachelor degree in business / marketing / insurance,and / or with advanced training accreditations.

nProven track records with a minimum of 3-5 years in managing a training functionand leading a team of sales trainers.

nExcellent Mandarin and English language abilities in both verbaland written.

nExperience in training needsanalysis, program design and delivery, training and presentation skills.
