The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the team to fulfill below R&R with good project leading, analytic and communication skill to support BU head to growth branch business.

Branch Footprint planning & management

  • Branch footprint Strategy planning and execution on branch relocation, optimization, and consolidation
  • Branch license management on lease renewal and license utilization
  • Branch renovation budget planning and request evaluating and processing.
  • Branch Performance analytics and management

  • Performance analysing, tracking, forecasting by region / branch / individual level
  • Competitor performance tracking and in-house strategy planning
  • Branch and hunter team acquisition and catchment management.
  • Branch Governance and compliance

  • Co-work with BROM on branch related compliance matters and branch sales license management
  • Regulator regulation and request handling.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Project handling experience, budget planning and controlling sense
  • Strong analytic skill and good sense of numbers and branch banking business
  • Good communication skill
