Job Description

  • Support the development of a consumer-focused marketing organization-Help to develop brand equity and build differentiated positioning for long-term and short-term business -Strengthen the capability of marketing organizations and prepare for the future marketing leader-The incumbent will assume overall responsibility in providing strategic and executional leadership to the THK cluster marketing team.
  • Manage the marketing team’s planning and implementation of key strategies around demand generation, innovation, product portfolio management, digital / content marketing and overall brand awareness.
  • Work closely with cluster sales leaders by ensuring alignment of strategies and tactics-Ensure efficient allocation and spending the cluster Advertising and Promotional budget.
  • Brand Stewardship - Be the overall steward and advocate for all KCP brands promoted in the cluster. Ensure that the team uses and protects KCP brands in all communications and activities.
  • Attract, retain and develop talentAdditional qualifications : -Education : Bachler or above -Knowledge & skills : English, mastery of intermediate Microsoft Excel analytical tools, financial analysis and interpretation, presentation skills-Experience : 8 years working experiences in a FMCG industry having lead major in marketing, preferably with trade marketing experience
