Job Description : Key roles and responsibilities

  • Transformation on core Prestige strategy
  • Co- own and work with Marketing team on building iconic brands through brilliant image outlets execution(off and on) and luxury VIP engagement
  • Drive and deliver innovation campaigns with image outlets to premiumise brand equity
  • Support Seeding program driven by marketing team to grow big 3(Singleton / JW / Mortlach) brand equity
  • Review investments mix and levels to optimise ROI in image outlets
  • Develops and manages key relationships with HNWIs and key outlets across Taiwan
  • Active portfolio management on Prestige and rare malts
  • Grow Prestige execution capabilities within the team Key Requirements
  • 10+ years Experience in luxury brands and / or private sales
  • Proven track record of relationship management with HWNI
  • Multi brand portfolio expertise and management
  • Ability to work across functions
  • People management experience Key success factors
  • Ability to lead multi channel strategy
  • Able to see the bigger picture behind brand building and not just delivering volume
  • Strong leadership across all levels
  • Personality to be able to engage HNWIs on a personal basis, building personal engagement vs just selling bottles
  • Personal connections
