Objectives and Scope of Position :
Provide general administrative assistance to the department
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Event coordination and contact between PM, vendor, sales & procurement
In-and-out application double checking and recording
Group Meeting arrangement and meeting minutes taking
Official documentation typing & report filing (MLSS, weekly report, action plan, business plan)
General administration such as mailing, office supplies / name card application, copying, etc
