Key Responsibilities

End to end recruitment process with branding concept.

Implement employer image into recruitment process.

Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.

Provide HR policy guidance.

Identify training needs of teams and individuals

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

Support the finance department with administrative duties regarding payroll accounts and providers related to HR matters.

Key Requirements

Proven work experience as an HR business partner (3-5 years)

Excellent people management skills

Analytical and goal oriented

Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

Full understanding of branding and possess the branding practices experience

BS degree in Human Resources or related field

Full English proficiency.
