Creative Consultant (English, Mandarin)

As a Creative Consultant, you will enable advertisers to produce the most impactful campaigns on Google’s platforms. You will be part of a Creative team who strives to realize the full potential of ideas and storytelling at Google.

Your expertise in Creative best practices, creative production and creative analytics, combined with entrepreneurial drive and outstanding communication skills will allow you to identify, educate and persuade Gaming advertisers and creative makers to embrace Google's advertising platforms and technologies.

Working closely with our sellers, creative specialist (e.g., creative education), and creative consultants (e.g., creative ideation), you will lead creative account management and production for our gaming clients in Taiwan.

You will help them improve and measure their campaigns’ creative effectiveness, and draw learnings and insights out of those successes.

  • Lead creative account management for our gaming clients in Taiwan. Analyze audience and campaign data to generate creative insights and recommend creative optimization improving advertiser’s campaign performance.
  • Review creative, recommend ideation and execution best practices, accelerate production, and report results.

  • Lead Gaming creative production by training advertisers and production partners on best practices, activating the right creative production partner for each project, and overseeing production.
  • Offer the best of Google by working with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Brand Consultants, Creative Specialists, Creative Consultants, Tech support and others.
  • Track deliverables and co-analyze results to help build creative case studies.
  • Help assess and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working on international TV, digital films, branded content, and visual design projects.
  • Experience with the creative development process leveraging data, from briefs to idea development and production.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Master degree in Marketing Communications.
  • 6 years of experience in the Marketing Industry including 3 years of experience as a creative producer in creative agency, production house or advertisers’ in-house.
  • Experience working on regional and global campaigns.
  • Understanding of Branding and Performance Marketing, Creative Ecosystem, Agency Network and Culture.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, with the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks, partner with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative with structured thinking. Emphatic storyteller, guided by audience and industry data insights.
