The Position

Calderys - I3 Engineer

Job Summary

I.Key Accountabilities 主要職責 :

1. 按公司的EHS要求 配戴正確的PPE 上報SOFI(safety opportunity for improvement)內容 執行Take5 (S7&5S稽查及每日朝會)

2. 配合部門持續改善行動方案 參與不符合項的整改行動並落實跟蹤 (月會議)

3. 擬定年度持續改善計畫 協調並協助各部門提出改善計畫 (年度計畫表Master plan)

4. 擬定每週 月進度管理計畫 PDCA (年度計畫表Master plan)

5. 生產設備改善 年度改善計畫項目評估 改善案之執行 (Capex申請表)

6. 協調制定各部門年度KPI 統計與Quimeo資料維護 (KPI dashboard)

7. 制定人員技能培訓計畫 教練員工提高團隊的工作品質及效率 (年度教育訓練計畫)

8. 根據公司的持續改善要求 參與到相關的所有項目中 並按計劃完成對應的內容

9. 完成上級交辦的工

10.每月KPI統計 Quimeo填報 I3月報表 (1.工時表2.不預期停機統計表)

11. 5S管理及EHS管理 (5S檢查表)

1. Wear the correct PPE according to company's EHS requirements. Report SOFI (safety opportunity for improvement) and execute Take5 (S7&5S inspection and daily meeting).

2. Develope department continuously improvement action plan, and participate in the non-conformity corrective actions and follow up (Monthly meeting) .

3. Prepare an annual continuous improvement plan coordinate and assist each department to propose improvement plans (Annual Master plan).

4. Plan weekly and monthly progress mangement PDCA (Annual Master plan).

5. Production equipment improvement evaluation and execution of annual improvement plan (Apply Capex).

6. Coordinate, set up, and compile annual KPIs of each deparment, and maintenance Quimeo data (KPI dashboard).

7. Develop a skills training program, and coach staff to improve the quality and efficiency of their work (Annual training program) .

8. Participate in all relevant projects according to the company's continuous improvement requirements, and complete the corresponding content as planned.

9. Complete the work assigned by the manager.

10. Compile KPI data monthly, fill in and submit Quimeo, I3 monthly report (1.Time sheet 2.Unexpectied shutdown list).

11. 5S management and EHS management (5S checklist update).

II.Profile 任職要求

Required education 教育背景

大專及以上學歷 機械工程 電機工程 或理工科系

College degree or above. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Science and Engineering Department.

Required experience and knowledge 相關經驗和知識

有5年及以上製造生產一線工作經驗 2年以上的人員管理經驗

5 years (or more) working experience in manufacturing and production, and more than 2 years of management working experience.

Qualifying experience and knowledge 合格的經驗和知識

1. 能操作電腦 熟練使用Microsoft Office軟體

2. 具英文說讀寫能力 能用英語作溝通

3. 熟悉精益生產管理理念 並有實際操作經驗

4. 具有基本的工廠安全生產知識

5. 具有ISO9001及ISO14001的體系管理知識及經驗

1. Can operate the computer, use Microsoft Office Software.

2. English speaking and writing skills, and able to communicate in English.

3. Familiar with lean production management, and have practical operating experience.

4. Basic knowledge of manufacture plant safety.

5. Knowledge and experience of management system with ISO9001 and ISO14001.
