The primary responsibilities of this role are :
1.0 Administration 1.1. Ensure that the company’s administration standards and time service requirements are applied to the handling of all business received.
1.2. Ensure that the administration of all Taiwan business adheres to RGA treaties. 1.3. Provide administration data for input to accounting records, valuation systems and regulatory requirements.
1.4. Maintain a professional and working relationship with clients. 2.0 Reinsurance 2.1. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Taiwan reinsurance practices and specific RGA treaty practices as they pertain to the management and handling of transfer of risk.
2.2. Ensure the Taiwan business is administered appropriately through the RGA chain of companies and the International Retro Pool.
3.0 Data Management 3.1. Participate in the analysis of results and monthly statistics to include :

3. Gain full understanding of RGA’s Administration system 4.4. Take ownership of clients, details to be confirmed and be responsible for all accounting aspects and client relationship with the view to loading onto system 4.
5. Gain full understanding of client treaties, client data files & premium reconciliations and the specific reporting requirements for Valuations & Finance 4.
6. Gain full understanding of claims reporting 4.7. Fully document admin procedures and processes 5.0 Interactions 5.1. Contribute to the team and respect the culture of the company.
5.2. Working closely with other RGA Taiwan teams, Claims, Underwriting, Pricing, Accounts & Financial Reporting, as well as associates from the International Support team based in St. Louis.
Familiar with Oracle SQL; prior experience on Toad would be a plus
