  • Manage a successful acquisition sales team responsible for exceeding sales KPIs and working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with the local team regarding sales, client partnership management, account management and geographic expansion plans
  • Meet with external clients and internal related parties for managing the enterprise sales process and combine business strategy together for a better successful business formula
  • Utilize the knowledge of the current market, work closely with sales & operations to analyze results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs
  • Cooperate with the product team and operation team for initiating new business model and product features, be creative in redesigning the service process flow
  • Grow Business from H to T, searching for any room of improvement, co-work with different departments including IT team and marketing, finance, BA, etc.
  • Requirements

  • 8 12 years of experience in B2B-based companies with a track record of increasing sales or customer growth
  • 5+ years of sales management experience with a proven record as a capable people management expert and team player
  • Knowledge of product management and business modelling in software / IoT, with certain knowledge in new-trend technology
  • Bachelor degree in top tier university worldwide, majoring in business, finance, or any other related discipline. (Master degree preferred)
  • Experienced in meeting with clients and giving presentations to various campaigns
  • Ability to handle high pressure and fast pace working environment
  • High flexibility of business travel, locally and internationally
  • Native or proficient in English is a must
  • Additional request (would be a plus) :
  • 1) Experienced in working overseas
  • 2) Business analyst experience in technology industry
  • 3) Experienced working in startup company
  • 4) Experienced in handling / acquiring F&B or restaurant clients
