Oversee the daily operations of the Taipei office.
Lead an on-premise staff of up to 20 employees
Coordinate with the external CRM team to execute defined marketing plans
Monitor and champion the delivery of the established business KPIs.
Ensure the best customer experience is offered across all communication channels
Identify and institute opportunities for increased growth and innovation within the business unit
Coordinate with remote office on operational issues ex. contracts, new employees, bills etc.
Champion the marketing and acquisition of new customers to build our brand
3+ years’ experience in a similar position within an online casino brand in the Asian market
Proven experience in building leading, mentoring and managing teams for the Asian market (customer support, telemarketing, and Life Cycle Marketing)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge and proven experience with the Asian market
Willing to work during non-standard working hours to achieve the overall business objectives.
Organized with a focus on own task management with the ability to create the framework for others to work productively
Fluent in English (verbal / written)
