As Package DesignDirector at Micron Technology, Inc., you will beresponsible for the management and development of direct reports toenable superior functional service delivery.
You will beresponsible for managing and improving functional area performanceby collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to buildand execute service strategies aligned to corporate strategicobjectives.
You will assist with improving individual capability byconducting performance appraisals with team members to create goalsand development plans.
