Key Accountabilities : 1. Receive vendor GUI and other supporting document 2 . Sorting and Mail GUI copies and Supporting document to GSSC.
3. Monitor open POs 4. Treasury cash management 5. Ad-hoc management reporting 6. Prepare statutory VAT statement and reconciliation report 7.
Annual budget preparation
2-year or above experience in the related field is preferred c. Competenies of Strong analytical skills, Strong computer skills in MS excel, Communication and Interpersonal skill, Ability to work under tight timeline.
proficiency in English, Accuracy, Attention to details, Knowledge of business tax (VAT), Familiarity with SAP system is a plus.
