Job DescriptionROLE RESPONSIBILITIESTakes ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day order entry, order management and order fulfillment, provides excellence service to customers and delivers quality work.
Responds effectively and efficiently to customers inquiries, ranging from orders, product availability, pricing, shipment arrangement, billing and other forms of documentation (e.
g. proof of delivery, letters of credit ).Reviews all open sales orders and backlog; follows up with Supply Chain contacts to ensure on-
time shipments; escalates issues appropriately to ensure prompt solutions.Manages and analyzes customer complaints & return authorization.
keeps up to date with the latest best practices.Works proactively in the One Team framework ensuring that cover and support is provided whenever necessary.
All other duties as assigned.MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree.At least 3 to 5 years of customer service and / or order fulfillment experience.
Strong computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.Language proficiency : Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Chinese / Mandarin.
