Job Description

  • Collaborate with recruitment managers to discuss the need and plan a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Responsible for building up a recruitment team and candidate pools
  • Search for talented candidates with various methods and channels
  • Train the hiring managers to improve their skills concerning recruitment process Excel the brand reputation to attract more candidates
  • The Successful Applicant

  • At least 2 years start-up and 5 years recruitment experience
  • Formally worked as both a recruitment consultant and an in-house recruiter
  • Experienced in recruitment process with all kinds of platforms.
  • Has experience to build and lead a team
  • Capable to recruit foreign employee globally
