The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level position responsible for providing a positive customer service experience and executing day-

to-day banking activities in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to provide high quality customer service and to achieve customer satisfaction by delivering optimal solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all client needs are met and effectively manage any client issues / concerns, escalating as needed
  • Provide needs based referrals to other personal bankers and partners within the branch
  • Maintain working knowledge of all products and services provided by Citi
  • Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets
  • Engage in morning huddle and discuss execution of daily activities
  • Leverage various tools to build client relationships and identify client’s financial needs
  • Confirm client availability to meet with banker associate or make appointment via Appointment Portal
  • Engage in digital services that provide ease, convenience and safety for clients
  • Perform all operations functions, including client transactions, within policy to minimize legal and business risk
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience
  • Previous retail banking and customer service experience preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Education :

  • High School diploma or equivalent
