Oath TW is looking for Senior Director / Director Product Management Lead with both strong business development talent and product management experience to create crisp product messaging and brand awareness.
This Lead will work cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, sales, product engineering, and the broader marketing team to define and create initiatives to accelerate business growth and evangelize Oath products across International markets.
This position will report to the Head of International Product & Engineering, and will be responsible for enabling international version of key products based on product roadmap, engaging with internal and external customers / stakeholders, international and US leaderships, market PMMs, and driving execution.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to :
Lead the ongoing performance process to drive performance through tracking and analysing key performance indicators.
Drives a culture of excellence throughout the product and markets.
Define overall strategy, product roadmap and technical / feature specifications for new products based on long-term product vision, user needs, technical and market trends, and platform capabilities.
Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and other regional teams to understand their vision, objectives and opportunities for strategic alignment and execution.
Collaborate a team of engineers developing an efficient end to end platform for reaching the goal of reducing duplicate work and serving the need of quick-to-markets.
Work with Engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize development, own backlogs and drive execution.
Drive prioritized requirements for globalization / localization team to ensure continuous and comprehensive support from team.
Bridge the teams in Taiwan office to effectively work with US HQ teams and increase the value of collaboration from both sides.
BA / BS degree in Computer Science preferred, or a related internet field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of Product Management experience, with experience in consumer product launches such as digital media, mobile, and / or E-commerce products.
Strong technical, analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
High passion to explore the international markets.
Proficient in spoken and written English; with Mandarin as preferred language.
Ability and willingness to travel.
International working experience is highly preferred.
Strong leadership potential with outstanding communication skills.
Experience on Global Products roll-out / Product Globalization, demonstrated passion and talent for building the scaling consumer products cross regions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to champion initiatives internally and externally and communicate with executives and external partners.
