JOB PURPOSE :
Performance manager to lead business performance monitoring and highlight to management team in order to make business decisions timely.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Business Performance Monitoring
Design & manage pragmatic Dashboard to monitor Busines Performance triangulating ongoing Performance with Internal targets (budget cycle), and market competitive measures (IQVIA sales data).
Translate & deliver regular Executive Reports (to Management) including both quantitative and qualitative analysis to anticipate & explain performance trends for key Franchises & Brands , in close collaboration with Business Unit partners.
Drive Governance across Business Units and with key business partners & processes (eg. S&OP) to efficiently manage & drive performance from B&OS Management standpoint.
Strategic Planning & Impact Analysis
Monitor business & competitive environment (in collaboration with Market research & customer insight and key business partners (eg.
Business Units, Market Access) to identify & quantify impact of risks & opportunity factors.
Support key country-level strategic exercises (eg. 3YFF & LRP) from strategic planning & analytical standpoint .
Support preparation of Budget Reviews and other country-level management presentations & reports.
Other ad-hoc business analysis on need basis.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS :
Education / Expereince :
University / College graduated with pharmacy or business related degree.
At least 3 years of working experience in business analytics
Multinational Pharmaceutial company experience is preferred

Good command of English in reading, writing and conversation
Good presentation skill
