Position Purpose :

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the revenue and profitability for a Videojet subsidiary as well as team development.

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责 :

  • Develop Go-to-market strategies to drive Taiwan business growth and gain market share, and build sustainable competitive advantage;
  • creating value for new and existing customers

  • Lead Co-Planning exercises with distributors setting mutual performance objectives & financial targets.
  • Develop / implement a distribution coverage plan to achieve orders and revenue projections.
  • Define and Lead Consultative Engagements with key distribution partners to analyze performance and identify joint growth and / or efficiency opportunities.
  • Identify the key Systems Integrators in the region and work to update them on Videojet portfolio offering.
  • Create scorecards to drive mission clarity and accountability for results.
  • Identify, develop and test innovative strategies, new external partnerships for example.
  • Expanding the Videojet customer base through system level understanding and solutions delivery within known accounts and finding and nurturing new accounts actively engage with partners and / or organizations.
  • Build Trusted Advisor relationship with distributor principals.
  • 60 - 75% of the time should be customer facing.
  • Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years’ experience (Master’s Degree preferred), including strategy development and expert data manipulation / analytical skills.
  • Preferably within an Industrial sales environment, either in the electronics / engineering / mechanical / print industries Experience of working to a set individual target is essential, as consistency in performance is measured regularly.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.
  • Results orientated, intellectually curious, creative and highly self-motivated.
  • Data base & mining experience is essential.
  • Change agent mentality.
