Responsible for performing FA on customer returns (field or customer production), covering HW, FW, & Services (Connectivity & Cloud) and reporting analysis results.
Responsible for Coordinating EMS FA teams.
Responsible for Coordinating extreral FA teams (for specific equipment, skills or expertise) and ensuring on time and acceptable results.
Responsible to lead FA report closure with sufficient conclusion within the appropriate timing (Complete FAs reports to meet customer requirements 3 days max for preliminary report and 3 weeks for final report) while ensuring coordination with Manufacturing Quality, SQE or Eng, Production Process, Suppliers, internal HW or FW development teams.
Escalate and follow up with engineer required analysis.
Responsible to lead on time FA report distribution to Customer Quality Managers (CQM) in a customer consumable format.
For new products, responsible to organize training, adapt tools and processes allowing FA execution on product.
Follow up and tracing product quality performance. Actively participate in corporate quality improvement initiatives.
Provide weekly summary updates of FA status using existing templates and content guidelines highlighting specific factors and results.
Required Education, Experience & Competencies
BSc degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Electrical / Electronic Engineering
8+ years working experience in electronics manufacturing environment, including experience in project management
Hands on experience in wireless module or other similar telecom products. Good knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G products and test system
Skilled in electrical debug and analysis, RF product experience
Familiar with test engineering experience
A team player who can work in team organization structure
Willing to travel for extended periods of time if needed
Perfectly fluent in written and spoken English
