Develops and manages training content
1.Consults with managers and various team members to develop instructional design plans for training programs, including analyzing content, target audience and user needs, job tasks, and learner environment to identify appropriate instructional strategies
2.Analyzes and logically organizes complex information, and transforms it into professionally designed, engaging and effective programs.
3.Works with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to design the course or modify instructional material
4.Designs accurate and engaging training content.
5.Develops training program evaluation efforts; reviews program evaluations, test results, and participant and manager feedback on training effectiveness to make recommendations for program improvement.
Evaluates content from third-party content providers and provides input and recommendations on content selection; works with providers / vendors to manage integration of their content modules.
Delivers the training content for assigned courses. Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills / effectiveness.
Leads and / or participates in project teams for various initiatives in alignment with MediaTek business strategy.
Assist with development of new talent development training (as needed)
Performs other duties as assigned.
Master of Science degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Career and Technical Education or related field.
Minimum of six years of training and human development experience. (Preferably semiconductor / technology field).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in English listening, speaking and writing.
Knowledge of adult learning styles
Experience presenting / comfortable being up in front of a room delivering training
Passion for training and developing others in new and innovative ways
Demonstrated instructional design experience
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a proven track record of driving results
Self-starter with ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time; excellent project manager.
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
