Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As an Account Manager, you will drive Google’s partnership with Media Agency Networks in Taiwan, specifically their media units.

You will be tasked with building up deep knowledge of the Agency business model, and with positioning a holistic Google offering to clients.

You will work with key marketing and Agency decision makers, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Agencies needs. You will act as the strategic lead for mainly brand-marketing-related topics.

You will serve as agencies’ ambassador within Google, deliver new Google products and technologies throughout the agency, identify sales and business-development opportunities, and develop and manage relationships with agency influencers and decision-makers.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

  • Connect content, creative, and platform with Google solutions to layout a comprehensive media strategy and transform traditional media planning by activating data driven creative initiatives.
  • Prioritize key accounts for content engagement by collecting requests and briefs from clients and agencies.
  • Manage external creative and creator partner to develop a partner support ecosystem.
  • Identify required resources and work with cross-functional teams including specialist, creative lead, YouTube Strategic Partner Management, and external partners to define the project scope and ensure the plans are well executed.
  • Measure project for effectiveness and conduct post-event reporting to optimize account performance.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in digital Media, advertising sales, and / or project management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
  • Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Deep understanding of branding, creative ecosystem, partner network and culture.
  • Ability to stay on top of multiple projects and follow through with team members to achieve overall business objectives
  • Creative with structured thinking, and an emphatic storyteller, guided by audience and industry insights.
  • Flexible and entrepreneurial, being able to constantly improve and reiterate the working process with minimum guidance.
  • Internal and external cross collaboration skills. Brings teams together. Builds bridges. Enjoys stakeholder management.
