Demonstrate strong leadership to lead a team of 20+ energetic Sales.
Develop clear team structure and mentor fellow Sales to maintain a strong Sales Pipeline.
Devise insightful go-to-market strategy to penetrate the EC market.
Initiate cross-function cooperation with Head of Marketing to optimise product penetration.
Take full responsibility of P&L, GMV and DAU.
The Successful Applicant
Over 10 years solid experience in EC, candidates who have experience in managing Shopee, Momo, PC home ...etc are highly preferred.
Seasoned Sales skills in all aspect : Business Development, Partnership Building, Key Account Management..etc.
Proven track record in Leadership, leading a strong Sales team with scope more than 15+ people.
Successful 0 to 1 experience building up an enterprise in Internet industry.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
