Primary Purpose :
To achieve sales generation through delivering excellence in all areas of customer service, providing a broad base of knowledge on all Coach products.
He / She will perform a variety of operational activities assigned by store management (e.g. merchandising, housekeeping, cash wrap procedures, etc.).
Key Responsibilities : Sales Ability
o Achieve consistent individual sales target and KPIs
o Demonstrate expert knowledge of Coach products and excel in selling skills
o Understand and embrace Coach hosting mindset
o Provide elevated customer experience
o Read, understand and comply with all Coach policies and practices, and maintain standards of procedure in the following key areas :
Safety & loss prevention
Merchandise handling and presentation
Housekeeping and store upkeep
