Client Specific Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility and accountability for delivering the Global Transaction Services platform
  • Primary point of contact and accountability for TTS sales origination and related activities to the clients in partnership with the Corporate Banking teams
  • Be responsible for growing TTS revenue including retention and new origination to achieve TTS total portfolio revenue and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure consistent, professional delivery of all client management disciplines including : account planning, call reporting, lead generation, pipeline management, implementation acceleration, plus GTS relationship reviews
  • Drive overall client satisfaction with the TTS platform and build customer loyalty achieve trusted advisor status
  • Cultivate client contacts in the key buying centers that allocate and influence the client’s TTS-related wallet in order to :
  • Conduct wallet assessment, develop new business and cross-sell opportunities
  • Determine client objectives & financial needs that can be addressed through the TTS platform and
  • Identify opportunities for new deals across TTS product set and geographies including multi-product requirements
  • Analyze client business model / matching needs with product offerings and strategize with product partners
  • Conduct competitive analysis and positioning with your client
  • Establish yourself with the client so you are the client’s first call for new TTS opportunities
  • Create a robust client account plan to meet Client and Citi objectives
  • Co-ordinate multi-product and / or cross-regional solutions
  • Oversee the sales process from idea generation to mandate and revenue realization
  • Put together working group and drive the deal process
  • Champion complex deals or multi-product opportunities through the deal review process (Product Sales is responsible for overall proposal creation and deal review)
  • Co-ordinate cross-product pricing
  • Co-ordinate complex or cross-geography issues
  • Respond to customer escalation for operational / customer service issues.
  • Other Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain industry knowledge. Be the bank expert on the customer’s operating needs Read and review industry publications
  • Participate in key industry conferences
  • Ensure assigned seniors are introduced to clients and regular feedback is provided on client activities to the appropriate seniors
  • Ensure all cross-sell opportunities are acted on by engaging both TTS and non-TTS product / coverage partners.
  • Ensure team communication
  • Ensure all meetings are documented with Call Reports
  • Ensure all reports from CRM are reviewed to monitor portfolio of clients
  • Ensure all reports from CRM are reviewed for new deal origination and relevant support is provided
  • knowledge / Experience :

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive TTS revenues within a portfolio of GSG, NBFI, and MME customers.
  • The individual should have a financial sales background preferably within transaction services, be customer focused and able to operate at all levels within the client’s organization

    Skills :

  • Proven track record of successful client sales management with senior corporate Treasury professionals and / or other Finance, Procurement areas.
  • Credit skills (useful)
  • Qualifications :

  • University Degree or above
  • Post first-qualifications is an advantage
