MCE Manager

Develop know-how for Multichannel in TW / HK MCO, accompany business teams in the design of their brand & portfolio MCE strategy, end-to-end customer engagement plan, execute plans by leveraging internal or external resources and track performance.


  • Handle internal engagement and build MCE competency for TW / HK MCO through proper trainings / workshops / change management.
  • Overall Multichannel and Digital advisory to General Management and marketing teams, ensuring knowledge & expertise of Sanofi Global marketing excellence practices and deep understanding of local marketing landscape.
  • Lead Multichannel and Digital mid / long-term strategy across the organization.
  • Serve as a key member of business unit marketing team and contributor to the definition of MCM projects' - proposing and guiding BU / countries on channel selection and prioritization.
  • Digital processes and procedures creation and guarding in collaboration with all support functions; creation of local digital SOPs and governance.
  • Oversee and coordinate the implementation of digital / MCE platforms i.e. Webinar, eDA, ePermission, Email campaign, Website & Mobile app.
  • Track Multichannel and Digital spending and report to BUs and other direct budget holders.
  • Manage and work collaboratively with external agencies.
  • Ensure continuous and consistent testing, learning and optimization of digital / MCE programs.
  • Monitor and track metrics and KPIs.
  • Connect with Regional / Global teams to understand above-country strategy & resource for MCO to adapt, provide feedback & request support based on MCO priorities & execution.
  • Perform other duties assigned by manager.
  • Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment).
  • Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy.


    Education :

  • College / University graduate.
  • Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years direct experience in Digital / Multichannel Marketing & Customer Journey design.
  • Project leadership to drive projects to completion with clear milestones and outcomes.
  • Commercial experience preferable working with Global / Regional / Local Teams and proven experience with ability to drive stakeholder management and influence.
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Digital marketing tools, data and systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication in Mandarin & English.
