Job Description :
Purpose of this role :
Word of mouth, media influence and KOL advocacy plays a critical role in how consumers view brands.
Brands must be seen as authentic with soul, winning the hearts of media and KOLs rather than just paid for sponsorships.
This role will work across with brand team to initiate and execute PR strategies at a portfolio and brand level. The successful candidate would be responsible for managing PR agency(s) and building relationships with key media editors and relevant KOLs.
He / She will work closely with brand teams to amplify brand activities through leading PR campaigns
He / She will be a PR or media expert, able to collaborate with media to offer media-relevant brand stories that bring our brands to life.
He / She will build and maintain relationships with KOLs such that they can become brand advocates.
He / She will be a great communicator, with excellent relationships with brand teams, PR agencies, talent agencies, digital and media agencies.
Excellence of Execution :
Initiate and execute PR strategy for Diageo Taiwan portfolio
Lead the seeding program with RM agency to engage the core consumers to create WOM and brand advocacy
Lead PR campaigns
Ensure brand activities amplified through PR where relevant
Build up and maintains Media contact
Easily able to manage media and KOLs
Able to motivate external agencies and internal teams
Able to bring out the best in cross-functional teams
Able to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for the business and brands
