Leading the team to achieve business objectives and sales / revenue target / KPI through outbound telephone call.
To manage the team to deliver quality sales and services and deepening the relationship with clients
To manage the team to acquire clients and deepen relationships with client
To handle sales and general service related enquiries during interaction with client
To acquire business opportunity
To handle product cross sell and referral
To handle client complaint
To strengthen client relationships by delivering high quality sales and service
Comply with standard Departmental Operations Instruction
People and Talent
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Ensure the provision of ongoing training and ensure all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for the roles
To comply with the control requirements in the Procedures Manual relevant to respective job responsibilities
To comply with all relevant policies and procedures covering regulatory, local and group requirements.
Responsible for oversight and controls implementation in the team
Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
