Country Brand Lead (I&I)
This role is expected to lead and manage Taiwan I&I marketing team, drive team excellence and bold strategies to create positive impact on patients’ lives in Taiwan.
In addition to building brand strategies that maximize growth of the two critical inline brands Xeljanz and Enbrel, it is also important to focus on driving launch excellence of a multiple breakthrough assets in I&I.
Leverage Glocal model and ensure an effective communication with region, EM and global team Lead and drive a robust launch planning and execution for all upcoming I&I new assets Lead and drive a strong collaboration with I&I category lead, medical lead and all other cross-function leads to always ensure a strong alignment on the brand strategies, planning and execution Identify growth opportunities for I&I in Taiwan and build bold strategies to maximize impact on patients’ live Actively manage risks and opportunities linked to I&I category Drive adoption of digital solution to enhance impact of tactical plan
Overall brand management of I&I category and is accountable to the brand performance. Drive the monitoring achievement of key brand metrics Build a high performing team and enhance marketing capabitliy
Develop country Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations (with CM, Category Lead and RTAL) Long-range forecasting (with CM, category lead and RTAL) Revenue adjustments, as needed (with CM, category lead and RTAL) Develop promotional meetings strategy (with RTAL) Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w / medical, regulatory) Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w / KOLs) in partnership with Medical

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
5-10 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience >
5 years people management experiences Bachelor’s Degree; master degree or MBA desired
