nbsp; Responsibilities :
The role is responsible for the selling of all Hitachi Vantara products and solution with all Channel Partners and ISV.
Develop a Business Plan to meet the wallet share target of Hitachi Vantara business in the partner business. Critically review the business strategy of the partner and clearly comprehend their direction.
The role will be expected to establish and maintain business partnerships with key executives of the partners including senior management, sales, services and technical.
The role will monitor and manage the Channel Partners to ensure that they adhere to the policies and procedures establish by Hitachi Vantara channel program.
Work with Account Team for partnering with the key partners, aligning the agreed strategy and plan.
Take the full responsibility of the partner-led Not Named business by working with the VAD and its resellers.
Experience in IT system infrastructure sales not less than 7 years.
Experience in Channel Development and / or Channel Management not less than 3 years.
Experience in SMB is an advantage.
Strong planning and execution capabilities.
Good communication skills.
Fluent English and Mandarin.
