Sr. Sales Manager - Taiwan

Position Description

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of a regional sales force and implement the company’s overall sales strategy for an assigned region.
  • Drive regional growth initiatives, deliver business commitment, and manage OPEX budget.
  • Improve operational efficiency through effective channel (direct and indirect distributions) management, strategic key account development and initaitves, and effective CRM usage and management.
  • Monitor the performance of the branches within the region and re-allocate resources to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead regional marketing plan and strategy, and drvie customer satisfaction and loyaty.
  • Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
  • Cooperate with multi-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, effectively and maximize the synergy for revenue generation.
  • Coach and develop regional associates, improve employee’s engagement and retention, and build up an engaged working environment.
  • Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required and with preferred biology or related major. Second degree in business, such as MBA, will be a plus.
  • 10 years of selling experience with a proven record in quota achievements and other success related expertise.
  • Over 5 years’ sales management experience in leading, coaching and evaluating a sales team to achieve sales target in LS and MDX markets.
  • Solid trace record in managing direct sales and channel sales and development.
  • Strategic thinking, strong business acumen and passionate at sales work.
  • Team work with cross functional departments, such as regional logistic and marketing.
  • Ability to manage territory and lead regular forecast.
  • Good listening, written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English for all business levels.
