Responsibilities Include :
Achieve Hematology Franchise targeted sales.
Build-up hematology franchise of OHBU Amgen.
Plan, execute, and analyze digital and traditional media marketing campaigns designed to reach and engage target Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients
Collaborate with brand team to translate tactical marketing plans for physicians. Successfully partner with field force to drive marketing programs into field promotional efforts.
Development timelines, budgets and performance to deliver on brand KPIs oversee HCP targeting and segmentation strategies for new launches campaigns and marketing programs utilizing test / control methodologies to assess campaign lift and
Communicate campaign and customer insights and opportunities to help refine brand positioning, messaging, targeting and budget allocation across channels Inform key stakeholders performance
Master degree" in science and / or Management is a plus.
5+ years of industry experience in sales and marketing roles
3+ years of pharmaceutical experience prior marketing background in Oncology.
Experience with multi-channel campaigns and mix of traditional and digital media channel.
Experience with people management
Proven experience of brand performance P&L
Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams / regional teams / global teams
Navigating brand strategy / implementation / tracking / monitor processes.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills as demonstrated by a proven ability to analyze business problems and to develop appropriate strategies to drive results will be critical for success.
Lead brand budget cycle planning
Strong oncology / hematology TA KOLs engagement.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and execute a broad range of multi-channel programs designed to educate physicians and patients on appropriate use of Amgen’s Oncology products with a primary focus on hematology products.
The Manager will also lead the alignment of multichannel physician programs with field driven promotions to enhance the OHBU’s Integrated Marketing capabilities.
Leading the development and successful implementation of PAP programs will also be a core responsibility of the successful candidate.
This position will report to the OHBU Head.
