Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays ( LCDs ) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.
Day to Day Responsibilities : Purpose of the Position : Responsible for HR projects management including HRIS project, Expansion & Integration and other global / regional activities.
Roles & Responsibilities : HRIS project management Makes HRIS detailed implementation plan based on expansion, integration, strategy, technology roadmap as well as HRIS landscape.
Develops overall project plans and leads cross-functional project teams in execution Monitor status and track progress against project objectives, timelines, contingency planning, risk & cost.
Coordinate system testing, training and key users’ certification. Provide an effective change management process and daily support model.
Supports human resources data management and data analysis to enable business decisions-making. Collaborates with BP, COE and Region & FIN SSC to achieve ongoing system enhancement projects to improve work efficiency.
Manages relationships with IT or service vendors as the bridge to request and clarify related requirements. Expansion & Integration project management Work with business & BP on understanding the expansion project requirements to deliver project management within BP, COE on milestone control.
Support acquired company’s onboarding from HR due diligence to integration. Lead HR system & process setup, data initiation for new Expansion & M&A projects.
Work with Global on enhancing the HR M&A toolkit for different areas. Other global / regional initiatives Support Asia Payroll & Attendance one solution roll out.
Work as the champion in HR service delivery team on Performance Excellence projects to improve efficiency & gain cost saving.
Support COE functions for other projects & regional initiatives. Lead / Support PEx Project Team or Individual : Team based environment.
Local and global work groups with activity in Asia Region. Size of Department : Around 20 people now in HR Service Delivery team AP.
Required Skills : Bachelor degree or above 8 years working experience and 5+ years working experience on project management.
Familiar HR business and HR system implementation experience would be a plus). Leading large, cross-functional project teams within a global company in the execution of complex and cross-
function projects. Experienced consulting and collaborating with leaders and teams in project deployment, feasibility analysis, process & function design, risk management as well as daily track and control.
Ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment to collaborate and resolve issues with forward-going, logic and growth mind-
