We are currently looking for Client Care Centre Office客戶服務電話專員
提供客戶各項服務及支援, 並整合各通路需求跟催作業 透過了解客戶, 解答客戶詢問及保有客戶機制深耕維繫現有客戶關係Provide customer service & support; generate leads for follow up by other distribution channels, deepening existing relationship through customer retention, problem resolution & customer profiling.
及時回應客戶的查詢項目Answer customer inquiries and reply responsively
依據各項既定作業機制進行客戶指定交易Process customer requested transaction per pre-set procedures
及時紀錄客戶回覆內容以進一步改善作業流程Capture customer feedback for further improvement
透過提供產品資訊,產品銷售及個人化優質服務來滿足客戶需求Service customers’ needs through product information, product sales / problem resolution and provide personalized and superior service
Key Roles and Responsibilities
熟悉銀行各項商品及服務細節 並且處理公司及客戶來電各項疑問及客訴處理 Handling calls that requires in depth knowledge of specific products / services, acting as point of contact for the organization and responding to incoming calls, dealing with customers queries and complaints.
Ensure all sales pitches are made without mis-selling
Additional point for Sales Palette markets Use S2S palette to identify eligibility and register dispositions for analysis

良好溝通協調能力及人際關係處理Good communication & interpersonal skill
對客戶服務及品質具有高敏銳度Strong sense in service quality and customer service
中英打技能佳Typing skill in Chinese & English
流利國台語Fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese
熟悉銀行各項財富管理及信用卡商品Strong knowledge of banking / card’s products
需輪班且抗壓力強Willing to work on shifts and able to work under pressure
具信託證照者尤佳Trust License is preferred
有客服經驗尤佳 Experience in Customer Service or Call Centre is preferred
