Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent practical experience.CPA or equivalent certification.
3 years of experience in public accounting and / or public multinational companies.Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications : Experience with local statutory filing processes within the Asia Pacific region.Experience using Oracle or SAP ERP.
Technical accounting or Tax Compliance experience.Understanding of accounting principles, including US GAAP and related international accounting standards.

Represent Accounting and Finance with business partners through effective communication with in-country business managers, Technical Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit and Financial Planning.
Act as a subject matter expert in accounting for Taiwan local GAAP reporting, providing jurisdictional expertise and partnering with stakeholders for products implementation / launch.
Develop in-depth knowledge of tools and applications in support of the accounting function and highlight opportunities for improvement, managing projects that will yield efficiency through automation, optimization and outsourcing.
