As an IT Application Service engineer for Software Service Operation Team, you will be responsible to our software distribution group, you will work on supporting tickets, making sure we provide the proper solution to our customers, and escalate ticket to the right support teams.
Making sure our customer is satisfied for the services. Identify the process flaw or the system gaps and propose best practice to make our service better.
Join the on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support. Understanding the urgency of our customer request and take necessary step to provide the resolution and follow our SLA.
