透過提供產品資訊,產品銷售及個人化優質服務來滿足客戶需求Service customers’ needs through product information, product sales / problem resolution and provide personalized and superior service
Handling calls that requires in depth knowledge of specific products / services, acting as point of contact for the organization and responding to incoming calls, dealing with customers queries and complaints.
