Deliver and drive the delivery of HR strategic initiatives and plans to support business strategy.
Guiding and supporting managers and employees on ER issues including Disciplinary, Grievance, and Capability management
Providing advice on policies and procedures, updating any required changes as required
Review policies and procedures as well as leading on projects, working closely with the Head of HR
The Successful Applicant
Good command in English.
Bachelor Degree or above, major in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business administration is a plus
5-8 years working experience in Human Resources, must have HRBP experience.
With good communication and coordination skills.
With working experience in multinational companies in relevant industry(Healthcare) would be a plus.
