Marketing Director

The Marketing Director is responsible for helping Parfums Dior continue to build and maintain a strong brand through a number of online and offline marketing channels, all while ensuring that the brand equity and vision is maintained.

He / She must work closely with the Regional Marketing team, focusing on product marketing, the implementation of marketing strategies, constant creation of reports and business analysis, CRM, PR, and communication.

This person will be the voice of Parfums Dior, driving the Maison to reach a greater brand awareness and achieve key business objectives.

In addition, he / she will participate in developing and implementing marketing plans destined to be executed alongside international direction, all while building and maintaining a prestigious brand image, in order to achieve market leadership in Taiwan.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Plan and implement marketing action plans according to international and regional company guidelines and objectives
  • Lead and supervise all marketing functions : media and PR, product management, merchandising, research, retail data analysis, CRM and promotion Recommend product strategiesPlan and consolidate new launchesDevelop the annual media and PR planDevelop the CRM planForecast and manage the product inventoryConduct the research & analysis of markets, products, and services in each respective category
  • Train and support the marketing department staff to establish high levels of productivity resulting in top ranked final results
  • Coordinate efforts amongst sales, training and finance teams to ensure effective plan execution
  • Thoroughly plan the marketing budget, coordinating with the finance department in order guarantee correct cost forecasts
  • Constantly monitor and evaluate competitors' marketing activities, providing the local and regional management teams with any collected information
  • Provide the local and regional teams with all marketing related reports
  • Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Marketing
  • Solid international FMCG or luxury industry marketing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Solid Project Management and prioritization skills
  • Creative and pro-active attitude
  • Capable of innovate thinking
  • Great team building and performance management skills
  • Capable of creating strong budget plans
