The role will assume primary responsibility for sales of fixed income and investment products to investors within multi-
national companies, large corporate and maintaining business relationship. He / She will be involved in promoting various investment products under fixed income, derivatives including bond market to potential and existing clients.
Acquire and develop relationship with potential clients and maintaining existing clients relationship
Develops product strategy through market and / or customer need analysis including problem-solutions to investor clients
Promote and sell fixed income products, including derivatives / investment
Provide top quality and prompt services to clients in terms of investment needs.
Distribute debt securities
Provide advisory to respective clients including proposing new and enhanced products to maximize return on their investment.
Identifies appropriate product delivery and distribution channels
Manages product P&L drivers, revenue / expense ratio
Structures unique or customized solutions for specific customers or market segments
Ensures product set competitiveness & profitability
Qualifications and Knowledge / Skills / Behaviors
2 years’ experience in sales and marketing of treasury and investment related products including fixed income, derivatives, structured product, debt securities and bond in a banking environment.
Well-versed in formulating business plans and business proposals
Adept at sizing up situations, analyzing facts, and developing alternative courses of action
Able to drive implementation of plans; meticulous and able to set effective priorities to achieve both immediate and long-term goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written
Leadership qualities in cross-functional collaboration
Adaptable to new concepts and responsibilities.
Self-motivated; work proficiently in teams;
Good computing skills, familiarity with common software & technology
