CRM & Loyalty Assistant Manager

Contribute to brandprofitable growth by designing and implementing local CRM solutions to engage,retain, upsell &recruit consumers and leverage insight and data.


Plan and deliver local CRM strategies across thebrand encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty, promoting the brandand the new products

Customer Journey Mapping - analyze touch pointswith the Brand and maximize commercial opportunities

Partner and collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including acquisition, analytics, eCommerce / merchandising, technology,creative, and sales

Manage the local CRM Platform

Implement and optimize the CRM platformuse, ensue it works seamlessly across the organization and captures allrequired information at key points in the customer life cycle

Work closely with all departments to ensure theCRM works effectively for all aspects of the brand / division

Manage and monitor data acquisition strategy inline with Group recommendation

Ensure the database is segmented effectively fortargeted marketing activities in respect to local behaviors

Execute local CRM Programs

Create local CRM programs to engage consumer inline with local specifics

Has a broad vision of CRM potentialities andfoster cross brands, categories or divisions opportunities

Maximize efficiency & costs : migrating whennecessary to lower cost mediums

Enhance local business opportunities throughexternal partnerships

To implement interactive and CRMcampaigns to contribute to the growth of a brand on the market.

  • Convey the advertising creative and product informationinto impactful interactive campaigns
  • Implement internet campaigns on new product launches andpillar products
  • Implement CRM business plans to build long-termrelationships with identified high-value consumers
  • Analysis brand’s and competitors’ internet activity tomake recommendations to management
  • Interact efficiently with other departments (Sales,product marketing team, Communication )
  • Manage project budgets. Set clear KPIs to ensure campaignassessment
  • Other conditions
  • Workexperience : 5 years
  • English : Fluent
  • Must have CRM experiences
  • If have EC / Mktknowledge or experience will be good
  • Digital enthusiasm
