工作內容 :

1.負責電訪行銷活動產生的潛在客戶名單 透過介紹平台及產品促成潛在客戶成為新客戶

2.利用電話或郵件方式 持續追蹤 經營並維護既有的客戶

3.建立 記錄 維護顧客資料 如 聯繫記錄 顧客反應 帳務及訂購記錄

4.提供來電客戶諮詢服務 產品解說 並適時進行產品推廣及行銷


6.純內勤業務 以電話方式進行推廣銷售

7. 電商後台訂單處理 前台商品上架 價格維護

8. 粉絲頁客服問題回覆

條件要求 :

  • 文書處理能力
  • 親切 / 良好的溝通協調能力
  • 熟悉Microsoft office
  • 進階Excel能力 Power BI 熟悉Salesforce 尤佳
  • 中文 - 精通
  • 英文 - 中等
