Your Tasks as a Project Planner will include the following :
Report to Senior Project Manager (SPM) and part of Project Management Organization (PMO).
Planning, scheduling and cost control efforts for all project phases.
Conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance.
Monitor, report and manage deviations.
Support the SPM to ensure that project schedule is updated with the relevant contract milestones.
Participate with the SPM in customer coordination meetings.
Lead all factory planners.
Interface with all relevant factories planning department to have regular schedule updates.
Coach the factory planners to ensure adequate execution of the scheduling of the contract as per the requirements of Orsted.
Control documentation accuracy and consistency.
Ensure that the project follows sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures.
Follow HSE rules and act as ambassador for good practices.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a relevant field of studies.
Several years of experience in planning and controlling including using Prin mavera.
Knowledge of financial policies and procedures, and ability to effectively interpret financial operating statistics and communicate information further.
Good analytical thinking.
Willing to Travel business trip.
Fluent in both written oral English and Taiwanese.
