Contribute to the growth of Jewelry & Bridal business in Taiwan by driving new collection launches and existing range performance.

Coordinate local momentum and provide daily boutique support on Jewelry and Bridal sales (allocations, non-local transfers, client request ).

Collaborating with Regional Marketing teams for a seamless business enhancement (requests, feedback, problem solving )


Key Responsibility 1 : Product Management

  • Plan / implement the product strategy & marketing plan of Jewelry & Bridal.
  • Monitor product performance in the market for Jewelry and Bridal : Prepare key lines and segment sales analysis on monthly basis (weekly sales analysis on new launches)
  • Prepare and relay product related information & sales tools to retail team.
  • Update with Merchandising the stock rotation & allocation plan on jewelry and bridal
  • Co-prepare monthly marketing meeting presentation Boutique Managers and Regional with supporting materials
  • Update Marketing reporting tools (sales dashboards) and provide accurate and on- time daily, monthly, novelty, event and promotion period sales reports.
  • Produce 360 marketing analysis with quantity and qualitative feedbacks for range items and novelties.
  • Key Responsibility 2 : Product launches

  • Coordinate new launches locally (including delivery schedule update, allocating launching quantities to markets, preparing training materials) in particular coordinate locally with other departments (kick off meeting and managing of the momentum).
  • Prepare action plans & best practices reports to regional and to be shared during BMM.
  • Focus on novelties (new launch) in terms of sales performance (comparing with sales forecast, media investment, boutique actions) and qualitative feedbacks.
  • Prepare APA novelties sales forecasts for all Jewelry and Bridal novelties, based on past sales / trends / boutique openings and other insights.
  • Key Responsibility 3 : Support Sales

  • Cooperate with retail team to provide optimal recommendation according to segmentation and target during event and promotion period.
  • Collaborate with boutiques and malls for DM to support exposure and business opportunities.
  • Answer enquiries on technical points (i.e. : product price, material used, stock availability on novelties & unique references).
  • Collect feedbacks from boutiques and support their needs and act / escalate accordingly.
  • Key Responsibility 4 : Market knowledge

  • Understand and monitor Taiwan Jewelry and Bridal market, competitors actions in order to give managements facts to enable adapted business actions to drive the business and achieve Maison’s sales objectives
  • Boutiques visits and conduct competitors studies in gaining market information for Jewelry and bridal
  • Share market updates and competitors information with team members (Product 360,

  • Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, or any related fields.
  • 5+ years as a marketing executive, preferably in Luxury industry (Jewelry, Fashion or Cosmetics)
  • Fluent in English a must

  • Microsoft Office Suites user, advanced in Excel and PPT
  • Analytical skills, quick thinking, anticipation, and creativity.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to anticipate
