Job Describtion

1. Responsible for sales order processing, including order entry, pricing, working with sales reps, customer, credit, payment term and production / planning,

2. Assist sales team in obtaining international market investigation and support all sales activities of the International Sales Associate to achieve total customer satisfaction.

3. Co-work with Advantechers in different regional business unit for supporting business achievement.

4. File all necessary documents as required,

5. Maintain & process contracts / agreements no matter from customer or Advantech branch office.

Requirements

  • Work Experience : above 2 years
  • Education : Bachelor
  • 1.2+ years administrative support experience and Bi-lingual Chinese / English speaking and writing skills.

    2.Good problem-solving & supportive working attitude

    3. Detail oriented, proactive, resilient personality and cross-cultural competency

    4.Good analytical and organizational skills & able to handle multiple task
