  • Objectives and Scope of Position :

    Lead, Coach, Mentor and Train Field Sales Managers. Achieve set Sales and Market Share objectives

  • Development of professional relationships with Key Accounts & KOLs
  • Grow Market Share of Promoted products
  • Annual field business plan
  • Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    1. Planning

  • Review and monitor field business plan
  • Review annual resource plan and expenditure budget plan
  • 2. Account & Brand Management

  • Build strong relationships and credibility with Key Opinion Leaders and authority to build product advocacy
  • Build strong relationship and credibility with all key stakeholders to ensure the success of hospital listing
  • 3. Performance Management

  • Understand company business strategy, set working objective and promotion task, motivate team to ensure achievement of Company objectives
  • Confer with Business Unit Director to develop long term and short term sales strategies for maximizing profitable revenue and sustaining future growth
  • Build cooperative and collaborative team spirit to align well with company’s culture
  • 4. Finance Management

  • Allocate and manage sales budget to maximize ROI
  • 5. Team Management

  • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring & Training direction to Field Sales Manager
  • Conduct performance management, professional development and hiring of sales personnel
  • Develop high potential employees and provide career development opportunities for personnel.
  • Professional and Technical Requirements

    Education / Qualifications :

    Minimum : University degree or above with health care expertise

    Strongly desired : MBA

    Experience, Skills, Knowledge

    1. Experience of 5+ years experiences in Sales and / or Marketing within pharmaceutical industry
