Negotiating talent contracts for various campaign opportunities
Present analytics and insights for all social media platforms with actionable suggestions on a weekly basis covering growth, engagement, new followers and top creative.
Perform regular audits of brand’s social presence to ensure all platforms
Monitoring competitors and relevant social channels.
Support the global content and strategy for social platforms ensure the voice of the market is included; working closely with the global team members in developing and overseeing the execution of strategic social initiatives, including campaigns, supervision of channel accounts, content vision and overall execution.
Assist in the management of the Marketing budget, being vigilant in tracking; evaluate results against goals.
Implementing PR strategies on different media platforms and channels
Coordinate and organise local events, support in regional events
Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the public relations, digital talent and influencer marketing space
Excellent language skills. English, Native or bilingual proficient
Proven track record in working with influencers, celebrity talent and editors
Experience in working with clients in the lifestyle verticals fashion, beauty, luxury, food & beverage, music and / or travel and the arts.
Understanding of various social platforms, metrics and their value
Familiarity with talent contracts and basic terms or relevant legal experience
Extremely detailed, well-organized, methodical and efficient
Excellent communication skills (phone, e-mail and presentations)
Writing skills and the ability to speak in the tone of the brand
Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies to meet department goals within budget and established timelines
Extensive knowledge of all facets of the social space
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing requirements and technologies
Knowledge of : Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Keynote) and Fashion GPS
